PROJECT OVERVIEW

Wild Beer Co. have gone from a small brewery make small amounts of beer to a huge operation that has now reached capacity in their current factory. They were looking to expand into a new site in Shepton Mallet near Bristol, and close proximity to Bath.

The £12 million pound site would be home to their new brewery, as well as a state of the art visitor centre, where Saturn was drafted in after having worked on their restaurant in Whapping Wharf (Bristol). Saturn provided key roles to help put this project together, including both project and cost management. In addition, Saturn worked with the concept architect and undertook the detailed design of the brewery building and visitor centre itself.
