Saturn Projects was tasked with increasing footfall, spends per head, and ultimately profit by our client McArthur Glen. Saturn Projects worked with their on-site team, and we were asked to look at ways to give Swindon Design Outlet a competitive edge, and grab the attention of shoppers distracted by other opportunities to spend their leisure time.

Working with the McArthurGlen marketing department, Saturn developed a detailed strategy to encourage new visits, encourage repeat visits and the frequency of repeats, increase spends, control costs, sustain the desire of leading brand retailers to be a part of the centre and add to the portfolio of leading brand retailers keen to be located at the centres.
