Saturn Projects headed up a refurbishment and interior fit out of new London offices for LogicaCMG following a company merger. Their London office had fallen behind the times, to such an extent that this company’s staff just did not want to work there.

After over two years of the Client trying to dispose of the empty building, Saturn was asked to review ways of turning around the problem. Nine months later the company’s staff moved back into a newly refurbished building that is now their most popular London property. With a dynamic design, the office now holds 20% more staff than before and is their best value site in London.

Where did the staff come from? From one of their other London buildings that Saturn helped to sell to a government body releasing them from a £10m lease liability!
